Absolutely. While I'm based in Temecula, CA I work with clients anywhere in the United States. Everything is handled remotely — communication via email and messaging, file sharing online, and delivery through GitHub. Location is no barrier.

Delivery times depend on the package: Basic is 7 days, Standard is 14 days, and Premium is 21 days. Rush delivery is available for an additional fee if you need it sooner. Timelines begin once I receive all your content and project details.

The Basic package includes 2 revisions, Standard includes 3, and Premium includes 5. Additional revisions are available for $15 each with a 1-day turnaround. I want you to be genuinely happy with the result, so revisions are always handled promptly.

Yes! Your website is built with clean HTML, CSS, and JavaScript files hosted on GitHub Pages. I'll hand off the full project with clear instructions so you or anyone with basic web knowledge can make updates. I'm also available for ongoing maintenance if you'd prefer to leave it in my hands.

I deploy all websites to GitHub Pages, which provides fast, reliable, and completely free hosting with no monthly fees. If your site has a backend (such as Stripe payment processing), the server is hosted on Render.com's free tier. Both are professional-grade platforms used by thousands of businesses.

No — hosting is completely free using GitHub Pages and Render.com. You will never pay a monthly hosting fee for a site I build. This is one of the biggest advantages of working with me over agencies or platforms like Wix and Squarespace that charge $15-$50 per month.

You don't need one to launch — your site can go live at a free GitHub Pages URL (e.g. yourbusiness.github.io). However a custom domain (e.g. yourbusiness.com) looks more professional and I can connect it to your site for an additional $50 setup fee. Domains typically cost $10-$15 per year from providers like GoDaddy or Namecheap.

I accept Zelle, Venmo, and PayPal. Payment is due after we have discussed your project and confirmed all the details — no surprises, no upfront payment before we've agreed on exactly what you're getting.

Payment is due after we confirm your project details and before I begin building. For larger Premium projects, I'm open to a 50% deposit upfront and 50% upon completion. We'll agree on the arrangement before any work begins.
