Hi, I'm Rebecca — a professional web developer based in Temecula, CA, specializing in custom-built websites for small businesses. I build every single website from scratch using clean HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. No templates. No page builders. Just deliberate, purposeful code crafted specifically for your business.
My journey into web development was driven by a simple belief: every small business deserves a beautiful, functional online presence — regardless of budget. I've seen too many small business owners settle for generic templates that don't represent who they really are. That's what RAA Designs is all about — changing that.
Most recently I built a complete e-commerce website for Skylar's Plant Based Cooking — a Temecula-based food business — including a full shopping cart, Stripe payment integration, backend server, order confirmation emails, delivery area maps, and a stunning design that perfectly captured Skylar's brand. That project is a testament to what's possible when you combine great design with real technical skill.
When I'm not coding I'm passionate about helping local Inland Empire businesses grow their online presence and reach more customers. I believe in building long-term relationships with my clients — not just delivering a website and disappearing.
